o   hunt is the most satisfying act a human can perform. In the art of "The Hunt", one determines her purpose, level of abilities, the extent of her stamina and depth of sincerity- not just to the hunt but also to herself.  The Hunt offers itself in many forms:  self-discovery(spiritual), self-fulfillment(personal), and self-empowerment(social); yet, the objective is the same: to capture that which is desired.

Which causes the Hunter to closely examine the purpose for hunting: Why?, Is it worth spending energy?, What will be the outcome of my victory or defeat?, and Is this a true interest or is that "interest" rooted in dishonesty and fraudulence? A thoughrough cleansing and self- examination,(9November Tapestry), must proceed The Hunt in order to honestly reflect and smartly act.

Artemis, the great Goddess of The Hunt, may seem unbelievable and distant, yet Her power is being  evoked more passionately than ever before, even more so than when ancient civilizations built ritual centers such as the sacred Macedonian city Dion, where at the foothills of Mount Olympos, citizens and pilgrims alike worshipped many goddesses and gods, or at Ephesus where Her Temple stood and was visited by millions millennia ago and became one of the Seven Ancient Wonders of the World.

Although fractured and sparse- the form of worship- today it is still widely practiced because time has passed, history has been recorded,(26 October Tapestry), re-researched and re-recorded by post-modern and maverick scholars and doors have been forced opened and EVERYBODY WANTS and DESERVES...cause and effect, c'est tres bon!

Even though humankind has been brainwashed and reprogrammed into adhering to a system that has been proven to be ineffective in a post-modern world  - Patriarchy(12 October Tapestry)- and is nearly obsolete, we sadly continue to act out scenes that are incompatible with progress: stealing, backbiting, dishonesty, and justifying these actions, (9 November Tapestry), by plotting with accomplices who are plotting against one another- Trust NO MAN!  If, out of disgust, we could purge these forms of evil/negativity, then we could engage in The Hunt with joy.

The knowledge of being given the opportunity to hunt with Artemis should be enough to ignite "the pursuit of happiness", yet many decline in favor of "the easy way".  When She pierces our desires with Her sacred arrow, Artemis expects us to accept the gift/challenge with honor and vigor.  Only then can The Hunt  truly commence, otherwise, if attempted sooner,(without Her guidance), or later, (after She has repossessed the Gift), the outcome will be a failure.
