The Computer Base Training that our students received is base in a hands-on, creative problem solving modules where the students learn how to dismantle computers and remove the major components; hard drives, CD players, the ram and the power supplies and then reassembling them into computers for repair or upgrades. They are then given the task of analyzing problems and the installation of the operating system software that bring the system to an operating state. Next, the installation of the software for the user, be it for a student, i.e., educational software or software for business, i.e., MS Office software and the necessary virus/spyware software. Finally, the student has to connect the system both to a network and then to the internet for needed upgrades.
