Re: Sponsorship of Cultural and Academic Tour to Orlando, Florida
Sparkle Theatre Productions, Inc. submits this sponsorship package to request your support for our Arts and Computer Literacy Programs. The Sparkle Theatre Production after school Computer Literacy and Dance Programs are designed to support children K-12, and young adults, offering a positive imaging program. Our program utilizes computers, dance and theatre to enhance the students’ self-esteem, build confidence, educate and prepare them for a more productive future. We are requesting your financial help to cover the cost for 25 students to perform at Universal Studio and Disney World and go on a fun fill academic and cultural tour of Disney World and other places in Orlando, Florida for seven days six nights. The most rewarding thing about this trip is that these youth have being selected once again to perform on stage at Disney Magic Kingdom and for the first time Universal Studio in Orlando, Florida during Spring Break.
Taking the 'First Step in any endeavor is always a very integral part of 'the plan', we salute you for taking it, by taking the time to read this request for your tax deductible contribution that will offset the cost of $15,000.00 to help sponsor 25 student on this academic, cultural performing tour scheduled for March 19-26, 2005.
In 2001 and 2003 Sparkle Dance Company was selected to perform at Disney Magic Kingdom Theme Park on the Tomorrow Land Stage in Orlando, Florida, in 2004 Sparkle was selected to perform at the Grand Opening of six Flag New Orleans, all three performances was an unforgettable experience. “Bridging The Gap” Sparkle’s an exciting dance /drama production has on its itinerary a performance at Disneyworld’s Magic Kingdom and Universal Studio Theme Park in Orlando, Florida. This unique opportunity to perform for the world is sure to be another experience that Sparkle Performers will remember forever.
We need your help to make this dream come true for these 25 young people who have work so hard for this opportunity. Please be aware that Sparkle is a non-profit organization, which means that your sponsorship is tax deductible. Our 501(c)(3) information is available upon request. With your monetary support you are making an in vestment back into the community and giving a positive statement that you care about what happens to the future of our youth. As a sponsor you will also receive recognition on our web site and be listed on our Wall of Honor as a sponsor for Sparkle’s 2005 Tour “Bridging The Gap”. Sparkle's performance base program utilizes motivational techniques as well as hands-on learning experiences for the students. All of our students can attest to what happens if someone gives them the opportunity to do something positive. They exceed expectations because someone cares and places a positive value on what they can take pride in.

Sparkle’s Academic & Cultural Tour 2005 Sponsorship
Tour Sponsor $15,000.00: Business advertised on our web site; business listed in all advertisement for one year and listed as a Culture Tour Sponsor on event programs and on tour T-shirt for one year. A plaque recognizing your Company as a cherished 2005 Culture Tour Sponsor will be permanently displayed in Sparkle Center. A full page color ad on the back cover of our 2005/2006 Souvenir Book. Fifty (50) tickets to our Annual Productions in the fall, winter and summer.
